Personal Evolution: From Challenge to Triumph
In 2008, I took my first tentative steps into fitness, but it wasn’t until 2019 that my true journey began. Facing a type 2 diabetes diagnosis, I stood at a crossroads.
The conventional path of medication stretched before me, but something inside urged me to seek a different route. This wasn’t just about managing symptoms—it was about transforming my entire approach to health and wellness.

The Holistic Breakthrough
Through dedicated research and personal experimentation, I developed a comprehensive strategy that would change my life:

Birth of a Vision
When COVID-19 swept across the globe in 2020, disrupting our normal routines, I saw an opportunity rather than an obstacle. The pandemic highlighted a crucial need: women, especially those over 40, needed support, guidance, and community more than ever. I began offering free online fitness challenges, creating a virtual space where women could connect, move, and grow together.

The AR Holistic Health & Fitness Revolution
In 2022, these virtual gatherings evolved into something bigger—AR Holistic Health & Fitness was born as a Community Interest Company. Our mission became clear: to empower women over 40 to break through their perceived limitations and embrace vibrant health.

We do things differently here at AR Holistic Health & Fitness. We believe in making exercise fun, helping you get stronger without getting bulky, teaching you about healthy eating, making you feel good about yourself, and creating a friendly community where everyone supports each other.
In our fun exercise classes, we offer dance workouts like Zumba, strength training that’s not scary, stretching to make you flexible, and exercises you can do at home. For healthy eating help, we teach about good foods, provide simple meal ideas, give tips to stop sugar cravings, and offer ways to feel more energetic. Our mind and body programs focus on learning to think positively, dealing with stress, getting better sleep, and feeling more confident.
Seeing people feel better and stronger is amazing! Here are some cool things that happen when people join us: they have more energy, can keep up with their kids or grandkids, feel more confident, make new friends, and learn to love exercise.

One of the things I’m most proud of is learning to do the splits! Yes, really! This shows that you can do amazing things at any age if you work at it. I also love showing people that lifting weights doesn’t make you look bulky—it makes you strong and confident!

Everyone's Welcome
We offer beginner-friendly classes that are perfect if you’re just starting, allowing you to learn at your own pace with no pressure or judgment. Our online workouts let you exercise from home, join live classes on your computer, and get support through WhatsApp. We also have special health programs where you can learn about healthy eating, set achievable goals, and track your progress.
People who join us say they feel stronger, have more energy, sleep better, make new friends, and feel happier and more confident.
Starting something new can feel scary, but don’t worry! We make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. You don’t need to be super fit or know everything about exercise—that’s what we’re here to teach you.
